  • Audio files, if audio-related features are enabled;
  • Text prompts, captions, scan instructions, search queries, and generated content;
  • AI-generated images, captions, analysis results, and other outputs created through the Services.

1.3 App Activity

  • Interactions with app features;
  • Search history, request history, and generation history;
  • Saved content, favorites, usage counters, and app preferences;
  • Promotion, recommendation, XP, reward, or engagement-related data.

1.4 Purchase and Subscription Information

  • Purchase history;
  • Subscription status;
  • Transaction identifiers and billing-related records provided by app store or payment services.

1.5 Device and Other Identifiers

  • Device model, operating system, application version, and language;
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging token used for notifications;
  • Firebase Installation ID and similar technical identifiers depending on the SDKs used;
  • Advertising identifiers, if advertising services such as AdMob are enabled;
  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP where applicable.

1.6 Diagnostics and Performance Data

  • Crash reports;
  • Performance logs, if Firebase Performance Monitoring or similar tools are used;
  • Technical logs used for debugging, reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

1.7 Third-Party Sources

We may receive technical, analytics, payment, hosting, cloud, authentication, advertising, or AI service-related information from trusted service providers that support Smart Scanner.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve Smart Scanner;
  • To process uploads and generate requested outputs such as AI images, captions, document scans, extracted content, and object analysis;
  • To diagnose bugs and improve reliability and performance;
  • To detect fraud, abuse, misuse, and security incidents;

  • To improve product quality, safety, and user experience.

3. AI and Automated Processing

Smart Scanner may use AI and automated processing systems to analyze images, interpret prompts, digitize documents, identify objects, and generate outputs.

Depending on the feature, uploaded content may be processed through trusted third-party infrastructure acting on our behalf.

Limited content and technical metadata may be retained for quality improvement, service integrity, abuse prevention, moderation, or legal compliance.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for functionality, improvement, support, security, dispute resolution, policy enforcement, and legal compliance.

If you use account-based features in Smart Scanner, you may request deletion of your account and associated data from inside the app or through our account deletion page.
